1 lb Jimmy Dean sausage
1 medium onion, chopped
1/4 cup uncooked rice
1 beaten egg
1/4 cup ketchup
tomato juice
1/2 cup saur kraut
Core cabbage and boil until softened. Let cool and pull apart cabbage leaves. Mix beef,
sausage, onion, rice, egg and ketchup until blended and roll up a portion of meat in each
large cabbage leaf. Arrange leaves in a slow cooker or instant pot. Pour tomato juice to
cover and top with saurkraut.
